Dr. Waugh graduated from the UMN veterinary school in 1997 and has been at Crow-Goebel ever since. He and his family (including Larch the Golden Retriever) live in Cloquet. When not at the clinic he may be found with his children at their numerous activities in the area, on the soccer field, the ski trails/hills or on the water canoeing and fishing.
Dr. Kratochwill graduated from UW-Madison in 1988 and has been at Crow-Goebel since June 2000. She lives in Duluth with her husband Dave and her 2 cats Stan and Joss. When not at the clinic you can find her on a bicycle trail or at the pedals of a sewing machine working on her latest quilt or sewing project. And no, she can not sing show tunes.
Shari has been with Crow-Goebel since 2000. She shares her little house in Esko with her 2 cats and has 1 grown daughter.
Cheryl graduated from the University of Minnesota in 1992 with a B.S. in Biology. She has been working in veterinary clinics since 1984. She has been with Crow-Goebel since 2001. She currently lives in Duluth with her husband, 2 children, dog (Jozie).
Amy has been with Crow-Goebel since February 2006. She is originally from Duluth and now lives in Esko with her husband, 2 daughters, and dog (Maddy).

Marlys graduated from MIM in 1994. She started at Crow-Goebel in September of 1997. She lives in Cloquet with her dogs, Harry and Roxy. She also has 2 horses (Hank and Rally) and 2 grown sons.
Jodi graduated from MIM in 1995. She has been working in veterinary clinics since 1988 and started at Crow-Goebel in September of 2002. She lives in Carlton with her husband and their two daughters.

Don and Sarah are both 1989 graduates of the University of Minnesota College of Veterinary Medicine and are the owners of the Crow-Goebel Veterinary Clinic. They are married with 4 children and 3 cats.

Deanna has been with Crow-Goebel for 30+ years. She lives in Wrenshall with her husband, has 2 kids, horse (Song) , cat (Enfred), and her dog (Lola). She enjoys gardening, horseback riding, camping and spending time with her family.
In 1998, Ellen began working as a Receptionist and eventually became a Treatment Techinican at a practice in North Carolina. After that, she worked as a Spay/Neuter Technician for 10 years at Humane Alliance in Asheville, NC. In 2010, She followed her heart, and embarked upon a blessed journey. She and Lisa reside happily in Superior, WI with their four-leggeds.
Courtney graduated from Duluth Business University in 2009. She began working at Crow-Goebel in April of 2012. She is originally from the Iron Range but now lives in Duluth with her furry children.
Dr. Hart grew up in Cloquet, MN and graduated from the University of Minnesota College of Veterinary Medicine. She joined the Crow-Goebel team in January of 2012. When she is not at the clinic, she is out enjoying hiking, canoeing, snowshoeing, and ballroom dancing. She lives in Carlton with her family, their cats (Sunday and Oreo), and dogs (Tuffy and Lance).
Brittany graduated from Ridgewater College in 2009. She moved back to the Duluth area in 2013 and feels lucky to be accepted back into the family at Crow-Goebel Veterinary Clinic. Brittany and her husband Eric, along with their black and tan Coonhound, Irish and Cornish Rex, Bucca spend as much time as they can up north with their family and enjoying what Minnesota has to offer.

Jennifer holds an AAS degree in Veterinary Technology from Duluth Business University and a Bachelor's Degree in Classical Vocal Music Performance from UMD. She is from the UP of Michigan and currently resides in South Range, WI with her husband, Darren and their cat, Fudgie. When she and her husband aren't tending to their flock of chickens, they like to garden, bird watch, fish, and hunt. Jen has also been a cantor at Concordia Lutheran Church in Duluth since 2002.
Lola started out as a visitor in the early years of puppy breath, potty-training, and learning manners but quickly became a memorable figure at the clinic and was promoted to Kennel Manager. She's best known for her friendly, but no-nonsense, management style and stellar work ethic.
She resides with her family in Wrenshall. When she's not tending to the cats at home or helping her mom, Deanna, with horse chores, she can be found working hard as the Kennel Manager here at Crow- Goebel Veterinary Clinic.
Brooke graduated from Iowa State University with a Bachelor of Science in Animal Science in 2008. She decided to broaden her horizon and moved to Duluth to attend Duluth Business University and graduated with her Veterinary Technology degree in 2011. She currently resides in Scanlon with her boyfriend and their furry friends Skeeter and Romeo.
Christiana started working at Crow-Goebel in October of 2015 and is studying Veterinary Technology at Duluth Business University. She currently resides in Cloquet with her son, Nicholas, dog (Bailey), and 3 kitties (Beyonce, Princess and Gretta).
Dr. Ellison grew up in Cloquet and graduated from the University of Minnesota College of Veterinary Medicine in 2015. After a year in Hibbing, he joined the team in September 2016. When away from the clinic he enjoys hockey, disc golf, running, hiking, watching sports and spending time with his wife Kayla, cat (Cadbury), and dog (Morris).
