Our Veterinarians
Without our amazing and qualified staff, the success of Crow Goebel just wouldn’t be possible. We pride ourselves on great veterinary services and a friendly, welcoming atmosphere.
Dr. Jonathan Waugh graduated from the UMN Veterinary school in 1997, and has been with Crow Goebel his entire career! Dr. Waugh lives in Cloquet with his wife, Billie and their Golden Retriever, Mazzy. When he is away from the clinic, you'll likely find him fishing from his canoe, hiking, biking, or skiing.
Dr. Matthew Ellison grew up in Cloquet and graduated from the University of Minnesota College of Veterinary Medicine in 2015. Dr. Ellison has been with Crow Goebel since September of 2016. When away from the clinic, he enjoys hockey, disc golf, running and hiking, sports and spending time with his wife, Kayla and their two children. Dr. Ellison has two pets, Cadbury the cat, and a dog, Morris.
Dr. Don Goebel graduated the University of Minnesota College of Veterinary Medicine in 1989. He lives in Cloquet with his wife, Sarah. They share two cats and 4 children, and are deeply rooted in our community.
Dr. Nola Hart graduated from the UMN College of Veterinary Medicine in 2011. Dr. Hart lives close by in Carlton with her husband, Dr. Jonathan Hart, DVM , their two girls, and their dog, Cricket and two cats, Alfonz and Pierre. Dr. Hart has a special interest in feline medicine. When she's not in the clinic, she enjoys hiking in the mountains with her family.
